90 DAYS BEFORE
Avoid botox, skin exfoliants, laser or chemical peels.
2 MONTHS BEFORE
Discontinue any Retina-A, AHA's, or any activate skincare. Must not be taking any antibiotic medication.
2 WEEKS BEFORE
Avoid tweezing, waxing, retinol, brow laminations, and coloring your brows.
72 HOURS BEFORE
Avoid ALL blood thinners; Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Caffeine, Smoking, Alcohol, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, etc.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Please note that if you are on your menstrual cycle during your appointment, you may be more sensitive during the procedure.

Blot your eyebrows with a dry paper towel or a damp soft tissue to remove any lymphatic fluid that may appear for the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, cleanse the brows with a gentle, non-fragrance soap. Repeat for 7-10 days.
Avoid sweating, or any excessive moisture, water and sun exposure for 7-10 days.
Use a washcloth to wash your face to better control any liquid substance.
Do not pick or peel the flakes while they are healing. Picking the brows may result in patches and uneven healing, since picking pulls the pigment out of the skin.



Preparing for your visit
Must not have a skin condition on or near your eyebrow. This includes but isn't limited to: eczema, shingles, rashes, active acne and keloids.
If you have previous permanent makeup, you must submit a photo before booking - The previous work must be light enough to cover without doing removal. If removal is advised, we will direct you to our laser tattoo removal technician located at Atelier Beauty. Email brow photos to: info@ateliercosmetictattooing.com
Must be 18 years old or older to get any services done at Atelier.
Must not be diabetic, anemic, or have any blood deficiencies.
If you are prone to hypo-pigmentation/hyper-pigmentation or keloids a patch test is necessary before continuing the appointment.
If you are going through chemotherapy, a clearance letter is required by your doctor.
Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding (must be done breastfeeding for 90 days before the procedure).
Must not have an allergy to alcohol, nickel, or numbing agents. If you think you might have an allergy, a patch test is required before continuing the appointment.
