WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TOOTH GEM FALLS OFF?
Three week warranty: If your gem falls off within three weeks, we will replace the tooth gem at no extra cost.
Six Months: If the gem falls off within the first six months, we will replace the tooth gem for a fee of $15. If a gold gem falls off within 6 months of application, we will replace the gold gem for a $50 fee.
It is typical for a tooth gem to have the lifespan of 10-12 months, sometimes even longer. The longevity of your tooth gem is influenced by how much wear and tear there is in the area.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
All 14k Gold orders require a $50 deposit. The gem should arrive in 5-7 business days. The deposit will go towards the scheduled appointment.
WHAT KIND OF TOOTH GEMS DO YOU HAVE? WHAT IS IN STOCK AT THE STUDIO?
We have over 20 different sizes, colors, and styles of non-toxic Swarovski crystals to choose from. Our technician will consult with you prior to the appointment to go over what you're looking for design wise and which gems would be the best fit for you.
We also have 14K yellow and white gold (appears as silver) gems. We keep a small selection on hand at the studio, but take a look at the Gold Gem LookBook to lock in your specific tooth gem.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Atelier's Policies are listed here on reschedule and cancellations. Please email the studio at atelierbrowdesign@gmail.com, reschedule using the link in your appointment confirmation email, or contact Midge directly through Instagram to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No show appointments will not be able to book another appointment at Atelier.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY TOOTH GEM?
It is recommended to get professionals to remove the tooth gem or residue off of your tooth for the safety of your tooth. If you need dental recommendations, please email us at atelierbrowdesign@gmail.com and we can send you our referrals.
HOW ARE TOOTH GEMS APPLIED?
Toothgems are applied using orthodontic grade gentle cleaning agents and UV activated resins. First, the surface of the tooth is cleaned using an etching agent to flush out the micro-pores in the surface of the enamel. Then, a combination of two different viscosity resins is used to bond the gem to the surface of the tooth and encapsulate the perimeter to ensure a complete seal. There is no drilling or harmful chemicals during application.
